Bitchin Sauce

If you know, you know. A few years ago I had the privalege of training with some incredible plant-based chefs in California. I learnt so much within this time and also discovered the tastiest sauce of my life. Bitchin sauce is a californian based biz that makes the radest vegan dips. It comes in many flavours and unfortunately can only be found in California. In that case, I decided to create my own recipe that I am shaing with you here. It's 100% raw and may be the tastiest thing you ever put in your mouth. Ever. I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do.

• 1 cup almonds
• 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1/4 cup red onion diced finely
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 2 tbsp tamari or liquid aminos
• 1/2 tsp paprika, thyme, cumin and sea salt
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup water

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor & serve. I like to keep it slightly chunky!
Goes well with all veggies & crackers.
