WORKING TOGETHER

My personal and professional focus is women’s health - supporting women to understand, nourish, and reconnect with their bodies through holistic and evidence-based approaches.

Work with me ✺

I spent the earlier part of my twenties traveling the world and working in holistic environments that prioritised health + wellbeing. It was through these experiences I developed a love and passion for using food as medicine along with living in harmony with the natural world.

This led me to pursue multiple trainings in plant-based cuisine and kick started my career as a holistic chef. Over multiple years, I ran a food stall at local markets and supplied cafes + restaurants with my nutrient dense, culinary creations. This gradually evolved into retreat and event catering, where I continued to refine and expand my chef skills.

My Story

My Story ✺

Here, my first business was born.

I have spent the latter half of my twenties catering for incredible wellness retreats, festivals & events around New Zealand, weaving my knowledge of nutrition together with my culinary expertise.

In 2020, I decided to deepen my understanding of nutrition and enrolled in a Diploma of Functional Nutritional Therapy through the Nutritional Therapy Association.

This 12-month program combined both online and in-person training, and I graduated in January 2021 as a qualified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP).

Soon after, I pursued a certificate in Functional Hormone Health through the IAFHH & also began my studies towards a Bachelors degree in Natural Medicine at South Pacific College.

5 years later, I am now a degree qualified Naturopath (BNATMED) with additional certificates in reiki, lymphatic drainage massage, flower essences, yoga and many more areas of study yet to come.

I am particularly passionate about helping women navigate:
  • hormonal imbalance

  • skin issues

  • digestive health

  • nervous system regulation

…while also exploring the subtle ways that mindset, lifestyle, and energetic shifts can support long-term wellbeing.

My work blends traditional wisdom with modern science to create personalised, practical strategies that empower women to feel confident, strong and aligned within their bodies.

I currently run my practice online and am therefore available to support clients worldwide.

explore services ✺

Outside of my practice, I am passionate about travel, exploring new places and taking myself on many van adventures around the country. I love cooking, creating new recipes, spending time in the ocean and riding horses. I am obsessed with learning and always have some kind of certification on the go. The more I learn, the more I realise how little I actually know.

Originally, I am from New Zealand, however I am in the process of moving my life to Europe.

If you are interested in working together or seeking support with your health, please get in touch. I would love to guide you on your journey to greater wellbeing.

With love,
Katie xo
