Founder & creator of Well Woman.
I started this brand with a vision to empower people through food, nutrition & holistic wellbeing as I’ve always believed what we nourish our bodies with, has a profound impact on our physical, emotional & mental wellbeing.
My mission is to educate & inspire others to take the utmost care of themselves as we all deserve to thrive.
I have a deep reverence for the healing qualities found within whole-foods, herbal medicine & lifestyle choices that are supportive of our unique feminine physiology.
My Story
After traveling the world in my early twenties & developing chef skills in holistic environments, I came home to New Zealand & put my culinary knowledge to use. For multiple summer seasons, I ran a food stall at markets & supplied cafes + restaurants with my decadent delights. This gradually evolved into retreat and event catering where I continued to hone in and develop my chef skills.
In 2020 I decided to extend my nutrition knowledge and enrolled in a diploma of Functional Nutritional Therapy through the Nutritional Therapy Association. The course was a rigorous 12 months of in-depth training, both online and in person. I graduated January 2021 as a qualified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP). Soon after, I qualified as a Functional Hormone Specialist with the International Association of Functional Hormone health. I am now currently studying towards a degree in Natural Medicine to become a certified Naturopath and Medical Herbalist.
My areas of interest include hormonal health, mineral balancing, gut health, fertility, detoxification, skin health & nervous system regulation. Along with teaching traditional kitchen wisdom and non-extreme nutrition principles.
