When we are nourished and feel GOOD within our bodies, we can be of far greater service to ourselves, our community & the world around us. It all begins with our lifestyle. What we eat & drink, our environment, our thoughts & current life stressors all have a profound impact on our capacity to live our best lives. As women, we have unique physiology that requires proper nourishment & attention that may differ to our male counterparts. By learning how to work WITH your body & not against it, through proper nutrition, herbal medicine & lifestyle adjustments, finding balance & harmony may come easier than you think.
As a nutritional therapy practitioner, functional hormone specialist & holistic chef, my areas of interest include womenβs hormonal health, mineral balancing, gut health, skin health, detoxification & nervous system regulation. Along with teaching traditional kitchen wisdom & non-extreme nutrition principles that are sustainable and achievable.
I understand the world of nutrition and holistic healthcare can be incredibly nuanced and confusing. My ultimate goal is to support you in finding a bio-individual approach to nourish your body in a way that feels good for you & enhances all areas of your life.
Well Woman is an expression of my love for wellbeing. Nourishing ourselves well does not need to be difficult, expensive or stressful. It simply requires curiosity & openness to a new way of being.
