Hi, I’m Katie.
Degree qualified Naturopath, Medical Herbalist & Clinical Nutritionist.
I’ve spent the last 5 years studying and understanding what it means to be well and feel so honoured to now be sharing this knowledge with you here. I am committed to empowering women to take charge of their health, honour their natural cycles, and feel strong, confident, and connected to their bodies.
My approach is centred on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment in which clients feel comfortable discussing their health concerns and feel genuinely heard. Consultations focus on collaborative care, with the development of personalised treatment plans grounded in evidence-based natural medicine. These plans may incorporate lifestyle interventions, nutritional support, herbal medicine, targeted supplementation, and appropriate mindset shifts to provide practical, sustainable strategies for improved health outcomes.
I believe every woman has the capacity to experience optimal health, strength, and vitality. With informed guidance and individualised support, clients are empowered to reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom, build confidence in their health decisions, and work towards long-term wellbeing that is both sustainable and aligned with their individual needs.
Beneath fatigue, hormonal fluctuations, overwhelm, stress, and self-doubt, the body holds an innate capacity for balance.
It remembers vitality, it knows ease, and it responds naturally when given care, attention, and the right environment. Even amidst the demands of modern life, your body has the intelligence to heal, restore, and replenish itself. Supporting it doesn’t require perfection, it requires listening, nourishing, and creating space for rest, recovery, and renewal.
