Hi! I’m Katie

Certified nutritional therapy practitioner & holistic chef

I am deeply passionate about using food as medicine & healing the body naturally through proper nutrition. We are what we eat. The modern western diet is causing havoc on our health & we are seeing more & more people sick, tired & battling severe health issues. 

I believe we are meant to feel GOOD & energised within our bodies & this is done through nourishing food & healthy lifestyle habits. 

Nutritional Therapy focuses on bringing the body back to balance & addresses the root cause of the issue. Every symptom is your body’s way of signalling to you that something is off. I am here to work with you to tackle these imbalances, support you in adopting healthy lifestyle habits & becoming confident in the kitchen.

How long is the program? 
The program is 3 months. It takes time & dedication to build lasting habits & resolve complex health issues that have been lingering for a long time. Change doesn’t happen overnight. 

What is an FNTP? 

FNTP stands for functional nutritional therapy practitioner. I trained through the nutritional therapy association which teaches a bio individual approach to health and wellbeing.  My focus is on getting to the root cause of the issue, bringing the body back into homeostasis and creating personalised protocols with therapeutic foods. 

What is the difference between an FNTP & other health coaches + nutritionists?

FNTP’s are trained to take a bio-individual approach with each client. We believe everything in the body is connected & promote a food first approach. FNTP’s work with specific questionnaires, software & tools that allow us to get to the root cause of the issue & discover the biggest symptom burdens that are preventing clients from feeling their best.
